Options for opening a new quote / enquiry in CODAS
To open a new quote:
Open Contact Control from the CODAS dashboard
Option 1: Right Click on selected customer, select ‘New Quote Ring In’
Option 2: Select ‘New Quote Ring In’
Option 3. Double click on selected customer (this needs setting up in Tools / Options as shown in the video).
